1. Cooling-Off Period
If you purchase goods or services electronically, you have the right to cancel the transaction without penalty within seven (7) days of receiving the goods or services, as stipulated by the CPA. Refunds will be processed promptly upon return of the goods in their original condition.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please notify us within ten (10) days of receipt to initiate this process. The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

4. Proof of Purchase
Refund requests must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice. Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your refund or exchange.

Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of receiving the returned goods or approving the refund request. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Customers will be notified once the refund has been processed.
