  • You notify us within 10 business days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging (for non-defective returns).

  • Non-Defective Returns: A handling fee may apply for returns due to reasons other than defects.

4. Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange, we’ll ship a replacement product once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-branded products (e.g., cards or stands with your logo).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective Items: TapStar will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Non-Defective Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
